Hospital Equipment Sales Specialist - West of Ireland & Border Counties
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team in the West of Ireland & Border Counties. As part of our wider commercial and clinical specialist team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships within public, private, and voluntary hospital settings.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers to position our business as the partner of choice.
* Develop and implement territory plans for sustainable, long-term sales success.
* Review and alter plans in line with strategy and direction.
* Foster growth in top 5 accounts through effective account management.
* Implement Added Value Services to maximize sales opportunities.
* Deliver Value Add Programmes (training and education).
* Adeptly adopt the Way of Selling methodology.
* Conduct product evaluations and in-service processes.
* Collaborate with Regional Business Manager, Country Business Leader, Clinical Consultant/Specialists, and Marketing team to maximize business potential.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Extensive sales experience with demonstrable record of success in Hospital/HSE/healthcare sales environment.
* Understanding of sales data and skills to interpret sales trends.
* Demonstrable good level of educational achievement.
* Highly motivated, action-oriented, initiative taker with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus commission bonus, benefits, and company car allowance.
