Customer Service Representative – Late Evening Shift
Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. This is an on-site role.
This is a night shift position. 5pm to 1am working hours. This role will be Monday to Friday working hours.
Driver licence essential due to hours being outside of public transport. This role is based Mervue in Galway City.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
* Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Working in a safe manner at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluency in spoken and written English - Needs to be at a high level.
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
