Job Title:Student Recruitment Administrator for Government InitiativesDepartment:IR0003 Marketing and AdmissionsReporting to:Sales ManagerThe position of Student Recruitment Administrator (SRA) has been identified in DBS. This Student Recruitment Administrator will have two main areas of focus: Drive revenue on our Government Initiative programmes. Support the wider Recruitment team in delivering a high-quality recruitment service.They will report directly to the Sales Manager and will have a high level of day-to-day autonomy in discharging their responsibilities. They will present and review plans and performance reports on a regular basis and will contribute to evolving strategies for future student recruitment in the overall Government funded initiatives market. ResponsibilitiesThe specific responsibilities of the Student Recruitment Administrator (Government Initiatives) will include: Government Programme Management:Responsible for recruiting students onto relevant government funding programmes based on funding allocations;Identify and target eligible students for these programmes.Proactively engage students, explaining programme benefits and encouraging applications;Track applications, monitor funding allocations, and ensure full compliance with programme eligibility guidelines for all student applications.Student Recruitment:Assist in all stages of the recruitment process across all programmes;Achieve student funding allocations;Manage day-to-day administrative processes for student recruitment and admissions;Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of student records.Provide excellent customer service throughout the admissions journey.Marketing & Communications:Prepare and distribute recruitment materials in collaboration with the Marketing team;Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events;Monitor and respond to industry trends and developments;Work with the marketing department to ensure compliance with use of government initiative logos.Administration & Operations:Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team;Attend and assist in organising and coordinating recruitment events, open events and webinars;Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity and student records;Any other tasks as delegated by management.Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Proficiency in CRM systems and data management;Excellent computer & keyboard skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Proven ability to communicate and present information effectively and professionally;Strong organisational and time management skills;Ability to prioritise, plan, and effectively meet deadlines;Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure;Ability to deal with high volumes at key periods;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.Other:Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving;Positive and enthusiastic attitude;Target-driven with proven sales ability;Committed to achieving goals and targets with high standards and quality;Flexible approach to work.Desirable Skills & Experience:Previous experience in recruitment or administration;Knowledge of government funding programmes;Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;Proven ability to achieve targets and work on own initiative;Excellent presentation skills and event management experience.Pay & BenefitsThe salary for this role ranges from 33K to 35K.Free Internal Courses;Discounted Fees for Family Members;Life Assurance & Disabilities Cover;Sports & Social;Employee Assistance Programme;Employee Discount Scheme; Paid sick leave;Death-In-Service Benefit.This job description is a guide to the work the post holder will initially be required to undertake.
