efficiency and health & safety compliance. What’s the Role?Due to our high growth
phase, we are looking to recruit a Customer
Support Executive to join our Support Team. The successful candidate will
need to have a minimum 2 years’ experience in support. If you love working with
customers, enjoy listening and problem solving then this might be the job for
you! What will I be doing?You’ll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
to help us maintain the high level of exceptional service that our customers
have come to expect. You will:Support
and problem solve for our customer base from inbound calls, emails and support
requestsTake
ownership of all support tickets to ensure timely resolutions - as per SLA and
KPIsMonitor
and Achieve KPIs on customer engagement and support targetsAchieve your individual targets - response times, close times,
escalation timesProvide
system training to new and existing customersEnsure
customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable
on-going improvement of GeoPal productsWork
closely with internal teams - Sales, Operations and Dev to communicate customer
requirements and ensure timely resolution of support queriesBe a customer champion
