Your new role
You will report into the Head of Finance and Head of Lettings in this newly created Senior Finance Manager role. Although this role doesn't have any direct reports, you will play a key role in supporting the property management team and will foster excellent working relationships in the cross-departmental and collaborative role.
The role will offer a good mix of financial reporting and future planning for strategic growth. A keen eye for process improvement will be required for this role.
Your duties will include:
1. Financial Reporting - monthly management packs for various clients in the portfolio, reviewing service charge accounting, relationship management with outsourced providers, and ensuring full audit compliance while liaising with external auditors.
2. Internal Reporting - KPI reporting, management reporting providing detailed insights and recommended actions for improvements.
3. Financial Planning - long and short term budgeting and forecasting.
4. Resource Management - support wider finance teams including central finance, AP, Cash, AR and Client Accounting to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Strategic Growth - Work closely with the Directors and Head of Departments to optimise management structures, enhance operational efficiencies, and strengthen visibility and ownership over the financial reporting structure.
6. Process Improvement - Design, optimise and implement key processes to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy and cost reduction. Lead key transformation projects across finance and operations, including systems and automation tool implementations. Provide valuable input and help shape strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
1. You will need to be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years' PQE.
2. Direct recent industry experience in real estate/property management.
3. Strong stakeholder engagement/business partnering skillset and experience.
4. Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and facilitating change.
5. Strong excel and technical accounting skills.
6. Experience with Yardi and Qube advantageous but not essential.
7. You must already hold full working rights in Ireland, sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to €95,000, although this may be negotiable if the experience is right.
