Playrix is looking for an ambitious User Acquisition Manager. We want someone who has a strong sense of responsibility, the necessary skills to solve complex problems, and a desire to grow and learn new things.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Responsibilities:
1. Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns
2. Testing and rotating creatives
3. Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs
4. Conducting experiments and research
5. Actively strengthening relationships with partners for purchasing traffic
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
2. Upper intermediate level of English or higher
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets
4. Bachelor's degree in computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience
Preferred:
1. Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
2. Experience using Python/SQL for data analysis
3. Solid understanding of the principles of web technologies as well as web and mobile advertising
