Clerical Officer Grade III (0.5 WTE)
This is a part-time position in the Physiotherapy department of The Royal Hospital Donnybrook, a voluntary, charitable organization providing sub-acute, stroke/neurology and general rehabilitation services.
Purpose of the Post
The Clerical Officer provides administrative support to the Physiotherapy team, performing various duties such as clerical/secretarial work, receptionist duties, communication between units/departments and outside agencies, healthcare records maintenance and data entry.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a clerical/secretarial role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication abilities
* Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable qualifications include experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting and medical dictaphone typing experience.
Reporting Line
The Clerical Officer will report to the Physiotherapy Manager and be accountable to them.
