Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Trust Manager to join our Customer Trust & Engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that effectively communicates Autodesk’s security, privacy, resilience, risk, compliance, and responsible AI practices. This role requires a diligent person with excellent writing skills and an understanding of cybersecurity challenges and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for the Autodesk Trust Center, including web pages, blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, presentations, and videos.
* Content Coordination: Work closely with peers within the Trust Org and with the Content Strategy team to create and execute on a content roadmap that aligns with Autodesk’s goals and effectively communicates our practices and policies to those without security expertise.
* Research & Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security, privacy, resilience, risk, compliance, and AI to ensure content is relevant and accurate.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Trust, Legal, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to gather information and ensure content relevance and accuracy.
* Content Management: Oversee the content lifecycle, including planning, creation, editing, approval, publishing, and performance analysis on the Trust Center and Trust Enablement Hub.
* Audience Engagement: Incorporate tactics, such as pop culture references and social media trends, to ensure content is both useful and engaging.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; or 2-4 years of experience in content creation or in the cybersecurity industry.
* Moderate understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and AI risks.
* Exceptional visual design, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving but supportive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with digital marketing.
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
* Deep understanding of application vulnerabilities, cyber threat techniques, and threat prevention technologies.
* Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001.
