Your Role
You will be reporting to the Director of Quality and will be working across multiple projects designing actions for your team leading to tangible results that will make a real impact on the lives of diabetes patients around the world.
Your Responsibilities Innovating Quality Systems: Lead the development and implementation of advanced quality systems, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards like FDA QSRs, ISO 13485, and IVDR. Overseeing Site Operations: Manage site operations to maintain the highest levels of compliance and operational excellence. Supervising Quality Functions: Oversee and enhance various quality functions and systems as needed. Inspiring and Managing Staff: Guide and develop the quality department staff, creating robust training and development plans. Mastering Data Analysis: Analyze product quality and process data using sophisticated statistical techniques to identify trends and drive improvement plans. Crafting Key Metrics: Develop and refine essential quality metrics and indicators to track performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives within the quality department and division to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Ensuring Seamless Design Transitions: Ensure smooth transfer of product design changes to manufacturing, adhering to established policies and procedures.
