MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance team Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting Advising on long-term business and financial planning Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Complies with HSE rules and complies with any internal rules in force in the company including Code of Ethics.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) Professional accreditation (ACCA CIMA) Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
Experience of MS Excel, Oracle and Sage Financials would be an advantage.
