Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame across all production areas.
Working nights, including Sunday as part of the working week.
Adherence to Procedures
* GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping.
* Ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.
* Complete chemical training.
* Complete sequence of cleaning training.
* Uphold BRC and 5S standards every day.
HR Metrics
Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business:
* Maintain good timekeeping and absence levels.
* Ensure a minimum of 11 hours rest between shifts.
* Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.
