Job Title: HSEQ Manager
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and improve our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and 45001 standards.
Your Role:
You will work closely with managers and staff to introduce preventative measures, uphold strong quality standards, and foster a culture of safety and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Management & Compliance:
o Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 and 45001 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
o Manage internal and external audits, ensuring complete compliance with industry regulations.
o Develop, update, and oversee quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Incident & Problem Management:
o Investigate accidents, incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
o Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes effectively.
o Monitor the impact of these actions to ensure lasting improvements.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Analyse quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership.
* Collaboration & Culture Building:
o Work closely with production, design, and management teams to align quality objectives.
o Provide training and guidance to staff on quality best practices.
o Serve as the main contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality matters.
* Continuous Improvement & Efficiency:
o Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.
o Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the business.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager (or similar) in a manufacturing setting; experience in sheet metal fabrication is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 45001 standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis, FMEA, and SPC.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.
