Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Clerk to work on a residential project in Dublin, with several years of work left in it. Our client has a great reputation as an employer and is extremely busy coming into 2024.
This role will suit a Site Clerk who has previously worked in a similar role for a construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial administration and site clerk roles, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a full clean driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry for BC(A)R throughout the project duration
* Material ordering and procurement
* Issuing purchase orders and managing dockets
* Payment recommendations to the QS/Finance team
* Updating weekly material registers and plant registers
* Registering all time-related Preliminaries resources
* Carrying out site safety inductions and registering inductees
* Assisting with site management tasks, including ordering supplies and waste skip control
* Collating and reviewing Safe Systems of Work forms and obtaining sub-contractor safety documentation
* Monitoring weekly material delivery tickets and uploading copies of concrete and material tickets
* Procuring and registering material testing information
* Taking meeting minutes and submitting technical information to the design team
* Coordinating aftercare onsite and handling ESG reporting for the site
* Document management for drawing registers and coordinating with aftersales
* Keeping a tracker of all trends onsite
Requirements:
* 1+ year's experience in a financial administration/site clerk role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Full clean driver's license
* Some experience of working with systems
* Ability to work independently
* Some construction site experience beneficial but not required
