Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin / Hybrid
Full drivers licence is mandatory
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to promote their comprehensive security solutions. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, tenacious, and determined, with the ability to build relationships and win new accounts.
As a Senior Business Development professional, you will need to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our client's offerings from the competition. Effective communication and presentation skills are key, as you will be required to clearly communicate the value of our client's services to potential customers.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Serve as an ambassador for our client, achieving agreed sales targets
2. Develop a strong pipeline by qualifying target accounts and aligning global and local competencies with individual account requirements
3. Successfully sell against competition by keeping abreast of the security market
4. Lead and manage the full sales cycle across a portfolio of qualified prospects
5. Build long-term relationships with major accounts and deliver best practice solutions
6. Develop customised value propositions for diverse stakeholders in SMEs, large organizations, and blue-chip companies
7. Collaborate with other business functions, including pricing, finance, and operations, for consistent delivery of tender responses and effective solution implementation.
Essential
8. Experience of selling into a service driven market preferably the security industry.
9. Customer focused mindset, with a commitment to developing a detailed knowledge of the client requirements
10. Strong Commercial acumen; comfortable with numbers, cost models and key financial metrics
11. Effective negotiations skills; proven ability to communicate at all levels and to influence
12. and persuade both internal and external stakeholders
13. Professionalism - work with integrity and to the highest standards at all times
14. Experience of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Desirable
15. Previous experience in the security industry - selling integrated security solutions to include; selling manned and enhanced guarding, events, transport and patrol and response and monitoring solutions.
16. Good presentation skills; comfortable delivering presentations and sales collateral
17. Effective negotiations skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
18. Knowledge and experience of Salesforce
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
19. 10+ Years industry experience
20. Experience engaging C-Level executives
21. Financial modeling, business modeling, and analytics of large companies
22. Experience working across internal and external organization
23. Experience implementing product and organisational change at prior organizations in a consulting role
24. Experience with digital transformation initiatives
