About the Job
In this role you will support Eirgen’s CMO, CDMO & Internal Development programs in collaboration with Commercial and R&D Value Streams.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
1. Coordinate the planning and implementation of projects within Eirgen’s NPI framework.
2. Support delivery of NPI projects from product selection through to Commercial launch.
3. Work with Commercial and R&D Value Streams to implement a consistent approach to New Product Introduction across Eirgen.
4. Plan, schedule and track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
5. Challenge teams to ensure NPI deliverables are completed on/ahead of schedule.
6. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the required standards to conform to company, cGxP, health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
7. Liaise with external customers on all key project communications.
8. Liaise with internal & external customers on project progression, issue resolution and milestone achievements.
9. Contribute to Eirgen innovation pipeline & support new product selection.
About you
You are educated to a minimum of degree level in pharma science or technical discipline, while a Project Management qualification is advantageous. You have 2plus years' experience in R&D/ MSAT/Engineering and this experience includes project management.
Ideally you will have experience of working in or leading cross functional project teams with a track record of delivery. You are also familiar with regulatory, validation, compliance and documentation requirements for product development, commercial production and site transfers.
