Job Objectives
* We seek a dedicated individual to broaden their skillset by covering several key functions within the Finance Department.
* The role includes processing the weekly declared hours report, assisting with finance audits, managing petty cash transactions, and dealing with frontline queries.
* The successful candidate will prepare bank lodgements, assist with projects, and adhere to client confidentiality policies.
Key Skills and Requirements
Knowledge:
* Familiarity with relevant standards and legislation.
Experience:
* Previous experience in an office-based role is preferred.
* A full clean driving licence is required.
Skills:
* Strong technical and organisational skills with attention to deadlines.
* Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
