What’s the opportunity?
Real Nation is hiring a Senior Learning Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work directly with our Senior Management Team to develop exciting, bespoke, experiential learning opportunities for a range of adult audiences, including employees, partners, consumers and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Managing Director to develop bespoke learning and engagement strategies and create tailored interventions in response to client needs. These range from employee/HR focused initiatives, customer engagement events and inspiring consumer learning opportunities.
* Champion progressive pedagogy as well as non-conventional approaches (eg experiential strategies, microlearning, gamification, game-based, social learning, etc).
* Engage subject matter experts to support the development of effective learning content.
* Work with 3rd party suppliers, film and event producers as well as digital and e-learning solutions.
* Collaborate with the wider Real Nation team to ensure a high quality, end-end service for our clients.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be passionate about education and applying evidence-based strategies to support learner engagement, knowledge retention and skill development.
* Understand that the best learning often happens outside of a traditional classroom/seminar setting, and is excited by emerging approaches and strategies that combine learning impact with fun!
* Be a divergent thinker with the capacity to think outside the box and generate creative ideas that excite and delight learners.
* See learning as a tool for engagement and behaviour change across a range of settings, including workplaces, marketing campaigns, corporate events, etc.
* Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning strategy, curriculum development, instructional design, employee/customer engagement, or another relevant field.
* Hold a postgraduate qualification in Education, Learning & Development, Workforce Development / HR, or a related discipline.
* Be a confident, clear and effective communicator, capable of commanding respect from high level stakeholders.
* Be solutions-oriented, proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
