Our client, a leading and rapidly growing IT company, is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative (m/f/d) for IT & Tech products with fluency in German or French. A strong grasp of SaaS, MarTech, or equivalent IT products, coupled with deep technical understanding, is essential for success in this innovative, technology-driven environment.
Your daily tasks as Business Development Representative – IT & Tech Products:
* Quickly respond to incoming leads and help set up meetings for the sales team.
* Identify high-potential companies and explain how the product can help, passing them to the right person.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and test new ways to reach potential customers.
* Plan and follow through on reaching out to key prospects, using all available tools to connect and assist them.
* Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and strategies, leveraging tools and data to optimize the BDR process and enhance outbound performance.
* Focus on doing your best while reflecting core values like accountability and effort.
Our desired profile:
* Work experience in Sales, specifically in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development, or Inside Sales role (1-4 years).
* Ideally: Equipped with MarTech/SaaS product knowledge and a strong business understanding of the B2B technology industry.
* Fluency in French or German in speech and writing. (C1/C2 Level)
* You’ve worked in both inbound and outbound sales – qualifying leads from demo requests or content downloads, and proactively reaching out via cold email, phone, or LinkedIn.
* You collaborate closely with AEs, executing structured discovery and seamlessly handing off fully qualified opportunities based on shared pipeline priorities.
* You're proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
* You execute multi-touch outbound strategies using prospecting tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leveraging personalization at scale.
* You use sales intelligence and enrichment tools (e.g. Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism) to optimize targeting, messaging, and engagement efficiency.
* You operate within a structured, data-driven sales process, leveraging automation, performance analytics, and iteration to drive conversion and efficiency.
* You're tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to adopt and master new tools and workflows.

* A fair and competitive base salary of €43,000 + commission: €23,000 / OTE €65,000 - €67,000 gross per year.
