Job Title: Registered Dietitian (Senior Grade)
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Beaumont Lodge Transitional Care Unit. As a Senior Grade, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional support and advice to healthcare professionals and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dietetic Assessments: Conduct comprehensive dietetic assessments and develop personalized care plans for nursing home residents referred to the Dietician.
* Triage and Review: Triage all referrals and ensure timely review of patients/residents within a clinically appropriate timeline.
* Nutritional Support: Provide expert nutritional support and advice to healthcare professionals and their patients.
* Training and Education: Collaborate with staff in nursing homes to deliver best nutritional care through online or onsite training.
* Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with acute hospital dieticians to manage relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
* Project Development: Develop support materials and resources for healthcare professionals and drive innovative clinical solutions as part of the Bartra Health Care and HCP teams.
* Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development as a member of the Bartra Health Care team.
* Reporting and KPIs: Monitor project KPIs and report to the Director of Clinical Services or Deputy.
* Clinical Supervision: Provide own clinical supervision with support from the Bartra Healthcare Team.
Qualifications:
* A recognized qualification in Dietetics with active CORU Registration.
* Full Driving Licence (optional).
