Role OverviewAs a Motorway Control Room Operator, and part of a team you'll monitor and manage traffic across the TII motorway and national road network. Your skills and dedication will directly impact the well-being of road users.RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES:Swiftly react to incidents, accidents, and emergencies on the motorway network.Utilise cutting-edge technology to identify, analyse, and regulate traffic patterns and incidents.Collaborate with emergency services, contractors, and stakeholders for a prompt and effective response to any situation.Deliver concise, precise instructions to drivers using various communication tools, such as variable message signs and social media.Coordinate with other control centres to effectively address incidents impacting multiple roadways.Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare comprehensive reports as part of your administrative duties.Regularly inspect equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.Foster smooth and secure traffic movement through effective communication with team members, road users, and stakeholders.
