What you'll do:
* Provide expert advice on all types of employment issues and situations
* Guide clients through complex employment legislation and regulation
* Develop practical solutions tailored to client needs
* Work collaboratively within the team to deliver client-focused legal solutions
* Contribute to the development of staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs and similar benefit schemes
* Stay abreast of evolving employment law practices
What you bring:
* Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment law
* Experience in litigation, contentious transactions and advisory roles
* Knowledge of staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs and similar benefit schemes
* Ability to guide clients through complex employment legislation and regulation
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Commitment to staying abreast of evolving employment law practices
