Ensuring all purchases and deliveries of fresh produce/dry goods meet the highest standards is a priority.
Standards must be implemented and achieved in your department.
Liaising with department managers ensures smooth service between the kitchen and restaurant.
Regular analysis of forthcoming business and daily/ future requirements keeps us informed and proactive.
Working with senior management ensures achievement of department figures.
