We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive success in managing and growing relationships with our major customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced professional with deep experience in managing complex accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers, ensuring outstanding client experience and satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the customer's organization.
* Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of Cylynt’s solutions within the customer base.
* Partner with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
* Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements with key accounts to drive retention and revenue growth.
* Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to Cylynt's leadership and product teams to inform future development.
* Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring account health and longevity.
* Represent Cylynt at industry events and conferences, as required.
Requirements
* A strong background in leadership, relationship management, or business development.
* 10+ years of experience in key account management, client success, or a similar role. Experience with software licensing, SaaS, or technology companies is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value accounts and build strategic partnerships.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or company events.
* Based in mainland Ireland or North America, with full working status for the relevant region and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
