Enet is Ireland's largest, open access network provider, building and operating the largest alternative wholesale telecoms network in Ireland. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing quotes and orders, while identifying and maximising existing sales opportunities within the Business.
Additionally, you will support the Procurement department by validating monthly billing and ensuring ongoing data validation and accuracy of Off Net Services.We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Limerick office (Tuesday and Wednesday).
This role reports directly to the Sales Support Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities:Prepare all customer responses within agreed SLA's to ensure timely and effective communication.Understand and issue pricing for customer related solutions.Order Processing of all new orders, upgrades and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of Enet's products and servicesFacilitate effective communication with external customers and collaborate closely with internal departments including, Finance, Planning and Operations.Conduct ongoing reviews of current processes to identify areas for continuous improvementsInput quotes into systems and coordinate with Carriers for order processing and reference validation.Monitor & update Salesforce to ensure accurate and up to date data.Perform wireless billing validation by updating third-party references, verifying and validating charges and conducting monthly billing checks to drive cost reductions.Fibre Billing Validation by updating Salesforce with relevant third-party data, enabling improved cross referencing for billing and adjustments due to CPI or annual increasesCost Saving - identifying opportunities by optimising circuits or migrating alternative solutions Collaborate with the sales team to review opportunity contracts following third party cost increasesIdentify third party sales that have are out of contract and explore re-contracting options to secure more favourable costs. Key Skills / Qualifications:Proven experience providing customer support in a sales administration / customer service environment.Strong verbal communication skills required for outbound customer contact.Highly motivated and proficient, able to grasp issues quickly.Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Work on own initiative and be able to bring new suggestions/process ideas to the team.Working use of Salesforce is an advantage.Telecoms background advantageous but not essential.Fluency in English language both verbal and written.Good working knowledge in the use of Excel and basic Excel formulas.
