Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input customer information into the registration system, ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
* Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries, following up promptly to maximise opportunities.
* Maintain and organise contract files to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
* Consistently achieve company sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Qualify leads, manage referrals, and proactively engage in cold calling to generate new business.
* Provide internal Key Account Management support as required.
* Drive productivity and meet performance benchmarks, contributing to team success.
* Assist the Sales Manager with designated tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall success.
Requirements:
* Fluency in both written and spoken French is essential.
* Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, tele sales or account management.
* Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
* Computer literate with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Previous telemarketing and outbound call experience is desirable.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Estimated Salary: £27,500
