We are seeking a Graduate Field Service Engineer/Technical Service Specialist to join our client's core Diagnostics team. This role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, and customer support in the medical diagnostics sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing first-line technical service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
* Assisting with hardware and software updates and documentation.
* Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment.
* Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Travelling within your service area to support clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Robotics.
* OR
* A Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechanics.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
* A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
