Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager to lead a team of professionals in a formal dining restaurant within a 4-star property. The ideal candidate will be a vibrant and charming leader who can ensure consistent and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure guests receive excellent service by maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
* Promote sales and engage with guests to build strong relationships.
* Act on guest feedback, encouraging customer reviews and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Provide team training on standards and customer service, ensuring all staff are fully trained and knowledgeable.
* Collaborate with the F&B Manager on departmental projects and initiatives, supporting a cohesive and effective team.
* Motivate and create an engaging work environment that fosters growth and development.
* Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge, sharing it with the team to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Guide and mentor Assistant Restaurant Managers and Breakfast Managers, providing support and guidance as needed.
