Responsibilities
* Lead facilities management functions, including vendor oversight, critical infrastructure, and amenities like hospitality, fitness, and food services.
* Develop and manage annual and multi-year operating and infrastructure capital plans.
* Ensure risk mitigation and operational excellence through effective financial stewardship and vendor management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on regional programs, priorities, and contingency planning.
* Support sustainability initiatives and draft communications for building disruptions or operational changes.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, architecture, or engineering (graduate degree preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in real estate management, including project management, asset management, and facilities operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire within matrix organizations.
* Expertise in financial stewardship, operational risk management, and real estate finance.
* Calm under pressure, customer-focused, and skilled at navigating ambiguity.
