This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced global company in a growing team.Performance Marketing Manager, Europe Type of Employment: PermanentLocation: Dublin, Ireland; Copenhagen, Denmark or Warsaw, PolandVisa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)RESPONSIBILITIESPerformance MarketingYou will act as the lead performance marketing manager for B2B, DCO and other performance-led EU-wide projects in Circle K.Develop aligned Performance Marketing objectives, KPIs and budget setting approach between media agency, Circle K marketing and commercial teams within individual markets, based on agreed global frameworks.Develop and own Circle K Europe’s B2B lead generation strategy development, briefing, implementation, and optimization, in collaboration with central and local media agency partners.Support European teams with development, refinement, and evaluation of digital campaigns - writing briefs, setting KPIS, feeding back on agency plans, evaluating results.DCO excellence and project managementEnsure implementation of DCO best practice as part of the overall digital omnichannel approach.You will be working within the DCO project team as media project manager connecting key stakeholders and agency DCO teams.Your job is to oversee campaign flow and management, support analysis of campaign performance (supported by the DCO team), and find new ways to continuously optimize and improve DCO processes & performance.Support local teams in understanding the challenges/barriers to drive effective DCO campaigns in their market.Implement and feedback on the work of the DCO project to the central stakeholders.Digital measurement and reporting Ensure all required tracking and reporting requirements are in place for all performance campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.Support adoption of campaign measurements be it simple A/B tests to advanced incrementality tests methods in digital.Work closely with the Circle K Data & Analytics team & other partners supporting on attribution and incrementality test projects in digital media.Help local markets set effective KPIs for all campaigns and accurately measure and understand media performance using the KPI framework (and vs benchmarks) CollaborationBuild effective and highly credible working relationships with key stakeholders in local markets, central teams and agency partners.ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWELEDGE & EXPERIANCEDigital channel generalist.Proven experience (2+ years) in digital performance marketing.Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience using Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.Experience in working with ManTech tools such as DMP, etc. if not with the tools but at least should be able to sketch the usability of these tools.Knowledge and experience working with Dynamic Creative Optimisation is preferable.Experience in B2B marketing is advantageous.Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks and channels.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies, including lead generation, customer journey optimization, and remarketing tactics. Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to analyze and present campaign performance. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
