About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and organized Hosts/Hostesses to join our Food and Beverage Team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable experiences for our guests, with a strong command of the English language, excellent customer service skills, and experience in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating ensuring hotel standards of service.
* Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain its cleanliness at all times.
* Take reservations and manage the reservation system.
* Monitor guests' needs and ensure seamless operation throughout their stay.
* Control table allocation and confirm reservations with guests before arrival.
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.

Requirements:
* Strong command of the English language.
* Experience in hospitality.
