O’ Reilly Commercials Ltd is currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join their team based in Ballinalack, Co. Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative role.
2. Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
3. Knowledge of autoview systems is an advantage.
4. Invoicing jobs.
5. Cover reception duties, greeting visitors, and receiving office deliveries.
6. Assist the store manager.
7. Undertake any other duties or activities as required.
8. Manage all incoming calls and emails.
9. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
10. Customer service experience.
Additional Skills
1. Knowledge of light and heavy commercial vehicles is an advantage.
2. Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
3. Ability to operate as part of a team.
4. Strong IT skills.
