We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Dennehy Motor Group in Limerick. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
o Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
o Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
3. Sales Process Management:
o Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
o Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
o Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Market and Industry Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.
o Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
1. Must have proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork and mutual support.
5. Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
6. In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
