Job Description:
The HR Generalist will provide support to the business with a varied remit to include recruitment, attendance management, performance management, employee welfare, engagement and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support site recruitment and selection processes
* HR administration, including resourcing, induction process, probation, off boarding, retirement, HR KPIs, resolving payroll queries, and processing status changes to the wider HR team
* Support and assist managers in employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary meetings and hearings
* Implement engagement, communications and culture development initiatives on site
* Represent the company at careers events and job fairs
* Co-ordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an HR function
* Strong recruitment experience
* Experience supporting with Employee Relations in an Irish organisation or Third-level qualification in HR/Business related discipline or equivalent
* CIPD qualified or working towards
