AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Project Engineer on behalf of our client, an established company within the engineering sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. This role will offer a hybrid working model.
Role:
* Carry out project planning - this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing project schedules.
* Work with Design/sales/Operations to complete a comprehensive and documented bill of materials per project.
* Manage multiple projects - which includes coordinating the procurement of materials, project timelines.
* Collaborating with internal departments, vendors, partners and clients to ensure project milestones and timelines are met in a cost-effective manner.
* Experience of coordinating engineers on project teams at all levels along with cross functional teams and external service providers.
* Liaise with customer/internal sales for approval of the system design in the phase between order receipt and system build.
* Draft & review required documentation per project and take ownership of testing to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Educational Qualification within Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* A strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
* Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Understanding the typical project life cycle from concept through to installation and has proven experience in these areas.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
* Familiarity with project management tools or software for tracking project progress.
