Role Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations Team. This role will focus on managing and delivering system & process change initiatives within the Finance Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Finance Division and the wider Business.
* Performing daily premium receivable and reconciliation functions.
* Conducting analysis of payroll instruction requests and monthly completion rates.
* Reconciling premium transactions.
* Assisting in improvements in current processes.
* Conducting financial analysis to support business operations and decision making processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A QFA qualification (essential).
* A degree in finance or a related discipline (desired but not required).
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance division, finance operations, financial analysis, or a related role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
