We're looking for a Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader to manage and inspire a high-performing team of customer-focused professionals.
Your Role: Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
Create systems and processes to drive efficiency and success.
Build a culture of teamwork, focus, and outstanding results.
Collaborate with clients to align strategies and meet expectations.
Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
Recruit and onboard new talent as required.
Your Skills: 4+ years' experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
1+ years' experience in a leadership, coaching, or training role.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in English (French, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus).
