FP&A Analyst
We are expanding our finance team and seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to facilitate further expansion and deliver on business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Annual budgeting process
* Reporting and analysis of financial and company performance
* Deliver insights and identify trends
* Forecasting and the financial planning process
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Managing Director to understand the business, its strategy, and gain a clear picture of operations. You will track Key Performance Indicators, assess live and upcoming projects, and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing reports on a quarterly basis with recommendations
* Working with senior managers across operations and sales to deliver input to tender processes
* Developing financial models to develop cashflow plans
* Supporting business planning and ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external controls
* Delivering ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
Requirements:
* Qualified as an Accountant (ACA or ACCA) no less than 2 years ago
* Excellent FP&A experience, ideally from a construction or engineering related organisation
