As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to take ownership of our sales function and drive commercial success.
About the role We are looking for a highly commercial, execution-focused Head of Sales who will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing our sales function.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on numbers, optimising team performance, and execution, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
The Head of Sales will build and refine our outbound engine while improving our existing inbound motion, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion.
This is a critical leadership role, requiring someone with a strong B2B SaaS background, experience selling to enterprise and SMB customers, and a proven ability to drive high-performance sales cultures.

What you'll do?
Own and drive revenue growth, ensuring aggressive targets are met.
Build, manage, and optimize the outbound sales engine while scaling and refining inbound processes.
Be hands-on in deals—strategizing, negotiating, and closing key opportunities.
Implement data-driven sales strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition and sales reporting.
Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and grow the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Build a culture of execution, urgency, and accountability—creating a culture of high performance.
Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
Proactively monitor performance providing support and structure to the team.
Obsess over customer insights—understand customer pain points and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Build strong stakeholder relationships within prospect and customer organizations to win and expand business.
Work closely with Product & Engineering to provide real-time market feedback to shape product roadmap.
Partner with Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Marketing to test and refine positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies to optimize go-to-market success.
Work with Sales Enablement to develop training materials, refine playbooks, and upskill the sales team.
Influence leadership and founders with data-driven recommendations and executional insights.
Partner with Gift Operations to ensure fulfillment aligns with sales commitments.
Play a key role in company-wide commercial strategy and decision-making.
What you'll need 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience building and scaling outbound sales functions while optimizing inbound performance.
Track record of hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets in high-growth environments.
Strong experience selling to both enterprise and SMB customers in a complex B2B sales cycle.
Highly commercial mindset—comfortable with numbers, revenue forecasting, and deal structuring.
Experience managing high-performance teams and implementing structured performance metrics.
Hands-on, execution-focused leader—this role is about doing, not just strategizing.
