Our client is a fast-growing company looking to hire a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. The position will be office-based in the City North Business Park, Stamullen, Co Meath.
Responsibilities include:
1. General Bookkeeping
2. Accounts Receivable
3. Accounts Payable
4. Payroll
5. Generating Sales Invoices
6. General Office Administration
The successful candidate must have:
1. Ability to partner effectively with company director
2. Strong organisational skills as well as excellent attention to detail
3. Microsoft Office & Accounting Software knowledge is essential
4. Flexible approach towards variable workloads
5. Strong IT skills, notably Excel and Sage
6. Experience in processing Payroll
7. Preferable experience in using ROS, Sage and dealing with Invoice Discounting
