Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take control of our customer self-management objectives and drive the delivery of our onboarding and self-management solutions at scale. This person should be a highly skilled product professional, adept at identifying opportunity in this area and the ability to get things done. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with engineering through our development cycles while also being able to see the bigger picture and ensure we are delivering on our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and execution: Define, plan and articulate the strategy which will deliver on the stated objectives for your area. Translate this strategy into detailed requirements and work with engineering to deliver.
2. Consistently deliver on the Product development Lifecycle: Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with all teams within Propylon to successfully communicate across the organisation, the objectives and status of initiatives in your domain. This also includes topics such as pricing, product launch, customer management, quality and resource management.
4. Tactical planning: Closely work with engineering to define and plan the features, epics and user stories for each cycle. Ensuring that all work is balanced with other workstreams such as technical debt, issue management and ongoing improvements.
5. Measuring Success: Consistently track the success of feature releases by measuring their impact through defined metrics.
6. Leadership: You will be responsible for meeting the product objectives in your area. This will require you to have the ability to galvanise the team around these objectives and lead them through the phases of delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. +5 years’ experience working in B2B product environment as either a product owner or product manager
2. Proven, demonstrable success in the delivery of features from idea to production
3. Proven success in managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle
4. Highly effective at managing cross functional teams
5. Experienced in defining a succinct product strategy
6. A strong understanding of engineering and engineering methodologies
7. Exceptional writing and presentation skills
