Job Title: Community Clinical Partner Lead (CNM1)
The post is a Hybrid role based in the Dublin area, working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
The Role:
As a Community Clinical Partner, you will provide support and clinical oversight in each assigned service. Your responsibility will be to ensure the standardised implementation of organisational clinical policy and procedures. This includes ensuring full compliance with policy, statutory and legislative requirements and standards.
You will work out of a social model of disability, focusing on delivering the highest standards of care to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services. You will be part of the Eastern Community Team, providing support with clinical assessments and promoting a culture of professional development for all staff in the region.
Requirements:
- A nursing qualification and registration with An Bord Altranais.
- Minimum of two years' experience at CNM1 Level or above.
- Experience of working in a care delivery capacity and awareness of HIQA.
- Experience of delivering training.
- Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
- Desire for personal and professional development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
