We are currently recruiting for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (Financial Services) on behalf of a Reinsurance organisation, on an initial Temporary basis.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Urgent Start)
3 month TEMP contract - potential for extension or permanency.
Hybrid working - 3 days on site - Dublin City Centre offices.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels.
* Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.
* Use tools like LinkedIn talent insights to conduct research and use data to educate hiring managers.
* Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
* Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Requirements:
* 3+ years within an in-house recruitment position, within Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services.
* Must be available to start urgently and be a quick learner.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
