We are currently seeking Bar Supervisor to join our team inThe Foxhunter.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Coordinate the operation of the venue during scheduled shifts
2. Manage and motivate staff, upholding a constant level of staff productivity
3. Ongoing staff training in wine and food items
4. Respond to customer queries and complaints
5. High standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
6. Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
7. Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
8. Control costs and minimise waste
9. Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures
11. Coordinate and manage events
Applicant Requirements:
1. Previous restaurant manager/supervisor experience essential
2. Have experience within high-volume venue
3. Be a hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
4. Passion for quality food & drink
5. Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
6. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
7. Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
8. Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
9. Approachable with excellent people skills
10. Superior customer service skills
11. Previous Key Holder experience
12. Cash handling experience
13. Strong understanding of business management
14. Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources
15. Previous events management or venue sales an advantage
