We are a small refrigeration company based in Dublin and are one of the leading companies in the sales, installation and service of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. We offer a complete range of product design, planning, installation and maintenance on a number of refrigeration and air conditioning devices/systems.
Job Description:
To provide service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Key Activities:
1. Carry out service & maintenance functions on refrigeration systems.
2. Become a proactive team member working with other engineers to complete tasks.
3. Liaise with other electrical engineers on equipment.
4. Liaise with customers, engineers, administration staff, management, and other team members ensuring timely responses to inquiries and returning paperwork and dockets to the office.
5. Prioritize own workload, when appropriate, to enable maximum efficiency, within the framework of existing systems and procedures.
6. Partake in a standby rota for out of hours service calls and emergency callouts, including weekends and all Bank Holidays.
7. Provide support to other Service regions, company departments, and divisions as required.
8. Any other duties required by the Service Manager.
Key Attributes Required:
1. Working knowledge of industrial, commercial & air conditioning systems utilizing all types of refrigerants.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning repairs and maintenance.
3. Relevant Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Qualifications.
4. F-Gas certification.
5. Highly disciplined with excellent time-management skills.
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
7. Work on own initiative without unnecessary referral.
8. Flexible - able to cope with a variety of demands, and to work with individuals at all levels.
9. High-level interpersonal skills - able to communicate with people on all levels - must be a 'team player' and customer oriented.
10. Confidential and discrete in all circumstances.
11. Clean, current full driving license - essential.
12. Ability to undertake mechanical duties, including fault-finding, rectification works, service and maintenance functions when required.
13. Attention to detail regarding paperwork and certification provided to clients.

1. Good interpersonal skills, with a self-confident approach and flexible attitude to the job role.
2. Prepared to work flexible hours on occasions as required by the role.
Salary: Salary will be dependent on experience and will reflect the importance of the position.
