Strategic Change Team Opportunity
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within the Strategic Change team on our strategic and innovative change programmes.
You will have the opportunity to drive and lead continuous process improvement and foster an environment of business innovation in the company.
* Work closely with the Strategic Change team and gain a broad understanding of the whole New Ireland Wealth & Insurance business and support the initiation, delivery, and implementation of our strategic priorities.
* Focus initially on the pre-initiation phase of a proposed strategic change, and progress through the change/proposition lifecycle.
* Contribute to the entire development life cycle and drive project governance and oversight.
* Support with the implementation of the optimum change management strategy and framework.
* Support overall strategic change governance.
Requirements
Experience as a business analyst, business consultant, or project manager.
Experience in Business Process Mapping and excellent continuous improvement experience, including best principles.
The successful candidate will have a background or strong understanding of progressive business models and strategic programmes.
* Strong project management skills - structured, methodical, and organised approach.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills.
* Influencing and networking skills - this role is around getting consensus from, and influencing key stakeholders.
* Takes personal responsibility for accuracy and quality.
* Flexibility and experience of managing changing priorities effectively.
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, providing supervision, direction, and support to other members of the team.
Essential Qualifications
* Relevant Degree/3rd Level qualification.
* Formal Project Management Qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince).
About the Team
This is a strategic change role, on an embryonic team within Commercial, initiating and supporting strategic change initiatives.
The position is a senior role working with the Head of Strategic Change to support extraction of optimum value from our existing assets (systems, processes, people, etc.) as well as ensuring that any future investments are appropriately aligned with our key business objectives.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin.
Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with the manager.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum.
