Aramark is seeking a dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to lead our onsite team at our client site at Dublin’s thriving docklands. The Senior Facilities Manager will ensure all planned, reactive, and project works are executed efficiently and in full compliance, driving service excellence in daily operations and reporting. Lead the onsite team to deliver all hard and soft services, ensuring smooth and innovative operations. The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the appearance, maintenance, cleaning, vendor delivery, health and safety, event support, and space/move management, whilst ensuring all services align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Senior Facilities Manager will be supported by a robust onsite team, including a Facilities Coordinator, Cleaning Manager, Hard Services Team Members and 20+ Cleaning Team Members.
Job Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining excellent client relationships by understanding changing requirements over time and responding proactively with solutions that meet the client’s needs.
* Maintain a pro-active and innovative approach to recommending improvements and changes to the service, ensuring change is driven through the operation in a seamless manner.
* Manage services to Client and Company specification, ensuring SLAs and agreed objectives are achieved and responsibility for driving unit budget.
* Ensure all employees and sub-contractors operate within current Legislation, Health and Safety regulations and Client and Company policies, ensuring GMP Quality System Compliance and audit readiness.
* Ensure first-class performance and development of services through daily engagement with staff and subcontractors, meeting contract KPIs/SLAs.
* Lead a robust health and safety culture, ensuring GMP Quality System Compliance and audit readiness.
* Support the onsite team, ensuring all staff training and inductions are current.
* Collaborate with the cleaning manager to maintain clean and presentable buildings, meeting client expectations.
* Develop, implement, and manage PPM, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities using the client CMMS system, achieving target completion rates and timely repairs.
* Manage third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with site requirements and H&S processes.
* Uphold HR and company policies.
* Work closely with the financial administrator to ensure site financial performance aligns with the budget.
* Conduct regular site audits to maintain and accurately document work standards.
* Ensure compliance with client SOPs, Aramark policies, and legal requirements, effectively closing audit action plans.
* Complete project works on time, within budget, and to required quality levels.
* Identify, implement, and promote innovations/projects to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
* Produce reports, chair meetings, and issue minutes.
* Deal with, prioritise and delegate and daily adhoc tasks that arise and requested by the client.
Key Candidate Requirements
* Strong understanding of technical services and soft services.
* Excellent customer relationship and general management skills.
* Proven experience in facilities management. Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Formal H&S qualification (e.g., IOSH) is a plus.
* Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent IT, administration, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is advantageous.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
