Job Summary
A HR Business Partner is sought to work within a broad HR team in North Dublin for a 12 month contract with the possibility to extend. This role requires strategic advice and operational support, as well as contributing to the people direction of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing people strategies across the organisation
* Driving a people-first approach
* Providing senior leadership with solid HR advice and guidance
* Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on people planning and resourcing to attract top talent
* Managing employee relations issues to prevent escalations and foster a positive culture
Required Skills and Experience:
* Degree in HR or a similar field (CIPD certification ideal)
* Experience working in a large HR team
* Working knowledge of Irish employment law
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
* Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills
