Job Description:As a Strategic Advisors Technology Chapter Leader, you blend deep Engineering solutions and practices with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates.

In an agile structure, you will collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your chapter, influence strategic decisions, and build solutions with your expertise.
You will directly manage a team of chapter members who primarily work within autonomous squads across a product area but report directly to you.
You are dedicated to helping them grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform.
You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to empower others.
Location: Galway - Hybrid - one week a month onsite
The TeamYou work in partnership with Squad Leaders and other Chapter Leaders aligned to the Model Management Product Area.

The team partners with the investment teams in Strategic Advisors on various projects including model construction, portfolio construction, and trading Managed Accounts.
We create high-quality, robust, and efficient solutions that enhance Strategic Advisors' productivity and decision-making processes.
The Expertise You HaveBachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
required.10+ years of proven technology leadership experience in designing and building highly scalable software solutions.Expertise in Engineering methodologies in at least one tier of the stack and strong awareness in the other tiers.Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams.Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs, resource planning, and talent allocation across large organizations.Financial services experience, preferred but not required.The Skills You BringOversight of design and implementation of secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise systems utilizing Amazon Web Services.Proficiency with distributed platforms and a solid understanding of non-functional requirements, crucial for developing robust applications.Facilitate technical mentorship for your team in terms of PL/SQL, Java Webservice & JavaScript development.
