Overall Purpose of the Job
A member of our Technical Mobile Team and reporting to the M&E Manager, you will assistand take ownership in providing Facilities Management & Facilities related projects,including moves management, space planning, administration, financial control, logistics,H&S, Energy Management of the highest quality, checklists, minor maintenance enablingthe business to carry out their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive & costeffective environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. To organise and control Pre planned and reactive maintenance work on client sites on a wide range of Building Services systems and equipment.
2. Preparation and delivery of Sales Quotations (SQs).
3. Report on SQ KPIs, efficiency KPIs of Technical Team andTraining KPIs of Mobile Technical Team.
4. Develop and deliver strategic improvement to service deliver.
5. Develop and maintain Mobile Technical Team KPIs to track efficiency.
6. Development SOPs as required to manage Mobile Technical Team activities.
7. Consult and work with the site Health & Safety officers to ensure that all work is carried out safely and that all aspects of operator and contractor training are maintained and recorded.
8. Co-ordinate the management of In-House and on site contractor activities, including Risk assessments, Method statements.
9. Implement and adhere to a Quality system for the management of procedures and documentation.
10. Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of plant / areas without disruption to the client.
11. Assist in the operation of the service contracts in a pro-active manner so as to minimize difficulties with the building environmental systems and maximise commercial return to Apleona.
12. To manage the delivery of day to day engineering maintenance services across multiple sites using in House technical staff and contractors.
13. Liaise with the Clients or Contract Managers, particularly in relation to the planning and organisation of works that may affect the normal business activities of the site.
14. Develop the specification of remedial/works for costing.
15. Assist in obtaining Quotations / tenders for the remedial and project works.
16. Maintain a comprehensive record of maintenance activities, particularly in respect of annual validation and certification of fixed equipment and systems.

19. Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to project manage and multitask.
20. Good oral, written communication skills and customer service skills.
21. Full, clean driving license.
22. Ability to cope well under pressure.

24. Able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision.
25. Able to produce solutions which reduce cost and satisfy customers.
26. Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Experience
27. Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

29. Must have a proven track record in the execution and recording maintenance of detailed mechanical and electrical building services.
30. Experience in the implementation of a Quality system for the management of procedures and documentation.
31. Must hold a recognisable engineering qualification or be able to demonstrate significant experience.
32. Experienced in the application and operation of Permit to Work systems. Computer literate, conversant with the major software packages, word processing, spreadsheets etc.
33. Experience of working in a similar environment where reliance is placed upon individuals carrying responsibility for their actions
