Ashley Hotel is looking for a full-time Marketing Analyst to join our team.
Responsible for planning and executing the firm's digital strategy across a range of digital channels that are consistent with the company's brand identity; creating and developing more compelling and shareable content; creating strategies to boost access to the website and sales of our services; maintaining a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness; discussing business methods, services and targets customer group in order to identify marketing requirements; driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads to our social network presence; overseeing and track competitor activity ongoingly and identify new opportunities; management of analytics using Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, management of the firmwide direct mail communications channel, reporting on direct mail campaigns.
Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience, knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing); creativity with an ability to think outside the box, excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in a collaborative team environment; strong attention to detail.
A positive 'can do' attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the company's needs are required.
